How to enroll:

1. Either click on the appropriate application below or contact us to have one mailed to you.
   1. New student application 2010-11 
   2. Additional child application  
2. When packet is received, give the pastoral reference to your pastor. He can fill out the form and mail it directly to the school.
3. Complete the remainder of the forms and return to us along with th appropriate application fee.
4. When all your forms have been received and reviewed we will contact you to set up an interview. At the time of the interview, please bring the following:
   1. Student birth certificate
   2. Immunization records
5. You will then be contacted regarding acceptance. A variety of factors are taken into consideration including the applicant's spiritual and emotional development, past academic achievements and learning needs that might be met by the school. At the time of acceptance, a registration fee will be due.
